Synopsis Green Arrow surprises a gang of would-be rapists. Mon-El finds homes for the remaining bottled cities, including that of the Lathonians which he relocates to Saturn's moon Titan, with the permission of Jemm, Son of Saturn. Then after taking care of one last loose end with the help of Jimmy Olsen and Superboy, Mon resolves to die with dignity from his lead poisoning, until Chameleon Boy convinces him to re-enter the Phantom Zone so he can one day rejoin his friends. While Brainiac 5 turns Brainiac over to Coluan authorities, the rest of the Legionnaires and Mon-El help Chameleon Boy find a new home for the Durlans.
